• Brokerage name and professional details
• Profile photo (optional)
• Service area information
• Messages and content you post within the platform
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details)

Information Collected Automatically:

• Device type, operating system, and app version
• Pages and features accessed within the app
• Date and time of access
• Approximate location (general region, not precise GPS coordinates) to match you with nearby professionals and vendors

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and operate the REsources platform
• Connect real estate professionals with trusted vendors
• Display your professional profile to other verified members
• Send platform-related notifications and updates
• Process vendor payments and subscriptions
• Improve platform features and user experience
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

• With other REsources members as part of your professional profile (name, brokerage, service areas)
• With vendors you choose to contact or refer
• With service providers who help operate the platform (e.g., Stripe for payment processing, email delivery services)
• When required by law, regulation, or court order
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of REsources, our users, or the public

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. All payment transactions are processed through Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We do not store credit card or payment card information on our servers. While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data and associated profile information from our systems. Some information may be retained for a limited period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., financial records related to transactions).

6. Your Rights & Account Deletion

You have the right to:

• Access and update your personal information at any time via your Profile or Settings
• Delete your account and all associated data — you can do this directly within the app by going to Settings → Delete Account or Profile → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and immediate.
• Opt out of non-essential communications by updating your notification preferences in Settings
• Request a copy of your personal data by contacting us at the email below

To request account deletion if you are unable to access the app, email us at hello@resourcespronetwork.com and we will process your request within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

REsources is intended exclusively for licensed real estate professionals and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Service uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy practices:

• Stripe — Payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
• Resend — Email delivery
• Apple App Store / Google Play — App distribution and install tracking

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via the platform or by email.
